Shipping policy

Pre-Order Notice

  • Orders placed during the pre-order period are reserved in advance and will begin shipping according to the estimated shipping date displayed on the product page.
  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. LittleJoy & Co. is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver your order on time, certain factors (weather, customs inspections, high seasonal demand) may cause delays. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
