Shipping
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on all orders within the US.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 4–7 business days. You’ll see your estimated delivery dates on the product page.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.
Returns
Can I return or exchange my JoyPack?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. To exchange, return your JoyPack and place a new order once your return is accepted. See our refund policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping on standard returns. If your JoyPack arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we’ll review it and cover return shipping where appropriate.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check it in your account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us as soon as possible at support@hellolittlejoy.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.

What is it made of?
Premium vegan leather with a water-resistant lining and gold-tone hardware. It measures 16 × 12 × 9 inches.
How do I care for it?
Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Do not machine wash or dry, and avoid harsh chemicals or soaking. Let it air dry naturally.
What’s included?
Your JoyPack comes with a changing pad and stroller straps.
Payments and taxes
Do you charge taxes?
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout, based on your shipping address.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. With Shop Pay you can split your order into 4 interest-free payments.
